There are basic eligibility requirements for using TK998's services. Without meeting these requirements, creating an account or accessing the platform will not be possible.

• Members must be at least 18 years old to open an account. TK998 does not provide services to minors under any circumstances.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting is legal in your region.
• Persons who are mentally incapacitated or legally incompetent are not permitted to use this platform.

Placing bets on TK998 requires adherence to certain rules. These rules apply to all Sports Betting and gaming activities on the platform.

• The minimum amount per bet is ৳50. Maximum bet amounts vary depending on your VIP tier and the event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is when using the Cash Out feature.
• TK998 reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• If an in-play bet fails to go through due to an internet disconnection, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• If evidence of match manipulation is found, TK998 reserves the right to void all bets associated with that match or event.
• In a parlay or accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, that selection is removed and the bet is settled on the remaining selections.

TK998's financial transaction policies are designed to protect members' funds and ensure full transparency in every process.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the account holder's own mobile banking number.
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 5–15 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support with proof of payment.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Additional time may be required if a security check is needed.
• TK998 does not charge any processing fees. However, fees imposed by mobile banking providers may apply separately.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• To prevent money laundering, TK998 reserves the right to block any suspicious transactions.

The following terms apply to participation in TK998's bonus and promotions program. In addition to these general terms, each bonus may carry its own specific conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw your bonus balance, you must complete wagering equal to 3x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳3,000 in total bets.
• The rollover requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus credit date.
• You may not participate in multiple bonus offers at the same time.
• Bonus abuse — such as placing bets on both sides of an outcome to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) — will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.
• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to your main balance with no rollover requirement.
• TK998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

TK998 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action upon detection.

• Assisting with match fixing or result manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Deliberately exploiting bonus terms to generate systematic profit.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or steal data.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward the support team.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

TK998 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity. Accounts may be temporarily suspended during an investigation. If misconduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.

An account may be closed by you or by TK998 for any reason. In either case, specific procedures will be followed.

• If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• In the event of a Terms & Conditions breach, TK998 may close the account without prior notice.
• Bonus balances are not refunded after account closure. However, any real-money balance that has met the rollover requirements may still be withdrawn.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account will be locked for the chosen period and cannot be reactivated during that time.
• TK998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue part or all of its services at any time. In such cases, members will be given reasonable advance notice and any remaining balance will be refunded.

• The Bengali version of the Terms & Conditions is the official version. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version takes precedence over any translations.
